So glad you're here. Whether you're searching for a church home or just curious, we want your first visit to be easy, comfortable, and welcoming.
Visiting a new church can feel intimidating — we remember our own first visit. That's why we want you to know exactly what to expect before you even walk through the doors. Here's a quick guide to help you feel at home at Grace Baptist Church.
A simple, friendly, Bible-centered service — nothing flashy, just old-fashioned church the way it used to be.
Sunday School at 9:30 AM, Morning Worship at 10:30 AM, Evening Worship at 6:00 PM, and Wednesday Prayer at 7:00 PM. Come to any or all — you're always welcome.
We sing the old hymns of the faith accompanied by piano, and we love it. Expect reverent, Christ-centered worship — not a concert or a show.
Our pastor preaches directly from the King James Bible, explaining Scripture verse by verse so you can understand God's Word for yourself.
You'll be greeted at the door by friendly folks who are genuinely glad you came. Feel free to sit wherever you would like - and if you have any questions during your visit, feel free to ask.
We offer a clean, safe nursery for little ones and age-graded Sunday School classes for children and teens during the Sunday School hour.
Visit as a guest — no offering expected from visitors, no spotlight, no awkward moment. Just come, listen, and learn. We want you to feel comfortable.
There is no dress code. Most of our members dress in their Sunday best, but you are welcome however you feel comfortable. We care about your heart, not your wardrobe.
Sunday School is about 45 minutes, and the morning and evening worship services last about an hour and fifteen minutes each, including singing, prayer, and preaching.
No. You will not be singled out or put on the spot. You may be greeted by a friendly member, but you will never be embarrassed as a visitor.
Children are welcome in every service. During the Sunday School hour we have age-graded classes, and a staffed nursery is available for infants and toddlers during all services.
No. The offering is for our members. As our guest, please do not feel any obligation to give. Just enjoy the service.
We use and preach from the King James Bible. If you don't have one, we would be glad to give you one as a free gift.
